Questionnaire
If you would like to enquire about orthodontic treatment, please phone reception to arrange an appointment for a consultation.
You will receive a questionnaire on the day of the appointment.
Please allow 10 minutes to complete it.

Examination
During the examination, I first collect the findings from the questionnaire and the oral assessment.
When the time is right to start treatment, impressions, X-rays and photographs can be taken.
Consultation
During the first consultation, we talk about whether and when treatment needs to take place. In the days that follow, I evaluate the models made and X-rays taken.
Treatment plan
After evaluating these documents, I work out an individual treatment concept and put together a treatment plan, which can subsequently be submitted to your insurance company and/or federal benefits agencies. If all parties involved agree, the treatment can be started.
